Inspection Fees

Inspection and viewing fees become non-refundable once the inspection has taken place.

Limited Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered where a payment error occurs or confirmed fraud affects the transaction.

Disputes & Enforcement

Baetts may mediate disputes, suspend involved accounts, and withhold funds while fraud or abuse is reviewed.

Inspection Fees

Inspection fees cover coordination, scheduling, platform support, and service delivery connected to property viewing arrangements.

  • Inspection fees are non-refundable once the inspection occurs

Note: Users should confirm inspection details carefully before completing payment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatic and may only be reviewed in specific situations where there is a clear platform or transaction issue.

A refund may apply only if:

  • A payment error occurs
  • Fraud is confirmed

Dispute Resolution

Where a disagreement arises between users or in relation to a transaction, Baetts may review the available records and attempt to mediate the matter in good faith.

  • The platform may mediate disputes
  • Platform decisions are final unless escalated through the appropriate legal process

Fraud Handling

Baetts takes fraud, abuse, and suspicious transaction behavior seriously in order to protect users and maintain trust on the platform.

  • Accounts involved in confirmed or suspected fraud will be suspended
  • Funds may be withheld while verification, investigation, or recovery actions are ongoing

Note: We may also preserve records and cooperate with lawful investigations where necessary.
